About the Author -Jeanne Karas is an internationally recognized artist, author, and inspirational speaker with over 40 years of experience. She has taught at institutions including the College for Creative Studies, Henry Ford College, Wayne State University, and Oakland College, inspiring others to discover and express their unique gifts.

In addition to her academic work, Jeanne is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Shaman, and energy healer, as well as a Psych-K facilitator. Her holistic practice includes chakra work, sound and crystal therapy, and neuro-graphic art techniques.

She integrates her extensive training, including studies in the Silva Mind program and Bio-Geometry, to help others create healing, growth, and transformation in their lives.
